BOSL partners with American Express

Bank of Saint Lucia Limited (BOSL) in keeping with its commitment to delivering innovative solutions to its customers, announces its partnership with American Express (Amex).
This new alliance allows Bank of Saint Lucia point of sale terminals to now accept American Express Cards. Deputy Managing Director responsible for Operations, Lyndon Arnold expressed optimism about the Bank’s continued pursuits in improving the customer experience. “In response to the current realities brought about by COVID-19, Bank of Saint Lucia has amplified its efforts in delivering innovative solutions aimed at improving the customer experience both in terms of convenience and safety. As the largest indigenous bank on island, BOSL prides itself in being the leader in innovation. In October this year, the Bank announced plans to upgrade their ATM fleet across the island starting with the flagship Bridge Street Branch. Customers can look forward to many more advancements being made to bring greater security and convenience across digital platforms. The Bank recently launched upgraded Mobile and Online Banking platforms which is expected to be well received and pleasing to customers.
