CDSL Parental Leave Policy Roll Out

On August 7th, 2020 Caribbean Dispatch Services Ltd. rolled out a new parental leave policy which includes paternal leave, recognizes surrogacy as well as adoption to all employees.

Station Manager, Aaron Grant commented on the new initiative: “I believe this is the opportune time to release such a policy given the fact that we resumed operations effective July 9th, 2020 after being shutdown due to COVID-19 from March 27th, 2020. We wanted to celebrate this new policy with our teams as we understand how the past few months have been unconventional and we wanted their return to the operation to be met with good news. We understand how society’s view towards family encompasses more inclusivity and we wanted to align our policies similarly in terms of parental leave”.

The employees were also treated with lunch from the GCG Catering Division after the roll out of the Parental Leave Policy.
