Careffe Culvert Rehabilitation
The Department of Infrastructure, Ports, and Transport wishes to inform the General Public that the failed culvert along the Careffe – Vieux Sucrieux Road will be replaced over the next 15 days.
As a result, that section of the road will be closed to vehicular traffic from Wednesday, March 1st, 2023. Residents and individuals residing beyond this location are asked to take note. Provisions will be made for pedestrians to cross the waterway.
The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Transport requests your cooperation and patience during the construction works and apologises for any inconvenience likely to be caused due to the upcoming works.
