Expiry<\/p>\n<p>[ 12th June, 2020 ]<br \/>\nIn exercise of the power conferred under section 3 of the Emergency Powers (Disasters) Act, Cap. 14.07, the Minister responsible for disaster preparedness and prevention makes this Order:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Citation<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1.<\/strong> This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Disasters) (COVID 19) (Curfew) (No. 9) Order, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Interpretation<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong>\u2014(1) In this Order \u2014<br \/>\n\u201ccurfew\u201d means the time specified under section 3;<br \/>\n\u201cfull operation\u201d means operating a service in accordance<br \/>\nwith the physical distancing protocols specified<br \/>\nunder section 7 in the normal location and within the<br \/>\ncustomary time;<br \/>\n\u201cpublic service\u201d means a public service under section 5;<br \/>\n\u201cservice\u201d means a service under section 4.<br \/>\n(2) A word that is defined in the Emergency Powers (Disasters)<br \/>\n(COVID 19) Order, Statutory Instrument No. 42 of 2020 has the same<br \/>\nmeaning in this Order.<br \/>\nCurfew<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> A curfew is imposed each day on the 15th day of June, 2020 to<br \/>\nthe 30th day of September, 2020 from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.<br \/>\nOperation of services<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> Except during the curfew, a service is open for full operation.<\/p>\n<p>Operation of public services<br \/>\n<strong>5.<\/strong> Except during the curfew, a Government agency is open for<br \/>\nfull operation.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rcistlucia.com\/staging\/5763\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Emergency-Powers-Disasters-COVID-19-Curfew-No.-9-Order.pdf\">READ FULL DOCUMENT<\/a><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SAINT LUCIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT, 2020, No. 91 ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS Section 1.
