\nThe\nSaint Lucia Bureau of Standards (SLBS) will launch a committee to\nspearhead and participate in work on the adoption of international\nstandards for Cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nThe\nSLBS Committee will mirror the work of ASTM International Committee\non Cannabis (ASTM D37) which brings together representatives of\neducational and research institutions, state and non-state actors\nwith a wealth of knowledge and experience that will guide the\nparticipation in the ASTM committee and adoption of the appropriate\nstandards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nThe\nSLBS has an established Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ASTM\nInternational and based on the increasing interest in the use of\nCannabis, the SLBS Ad Hoc Mirror committee will review and follow the\nwork being done by ASTM. The ASTM D37 Committee currently has\nestablished sub committees to address \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
