Shanice captivated the judges after putting on a consistent display of poise, confidence and elegance throughout this year\u2019s competition.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The 69th staging of the National Carnival Queen Pageant saw 10 contestants competing for this year\u2019s title.
